Our Amsterdam office is on the lookout for a Partnerships Support Specialist who can provide administrative and research support to the Sales team and potential customers. Does this sound like you?
Our Amsterdam team is on the lookout for a Partnerships Support Specialist.
The new business Partnerships Support Specialist role would include, but not be limited to, providing administrative and research support to the global Sales teams and potential customers. Online research and analysing potential customers and brands will be your daily bread. This will help our Sales team big time – providing them with all the necessary insights to reach out to these clients and successfully engage.
Here is what your MassiveMusic duties will look like:
You will identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining sales databases. Finding the right contact persons or decision-makers? To you, it’s easy like Sunday morning. At the same time, you will be supporting the Sales team with brand insights of potential clients such as brand strategy and sonic identity highlights, creating interesting subjects and hooks to reach out and attract attention and interest.
You will also be performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics and other relevant information, maintaining an organised and accessible filing system (SalesForce, Hubspot, Netsuite) and setting up email campaigns to reach out to potential clients. You will be responsible for the use, analysis, proactive distribution and follow-up of leads (Winmo, Pearlfinders, Lead forensics) while building and customising sales decks for specific customers in Keynote.
Finally, you will be handling administrative duties for the company and its Sales and Management teams, keeping customer hitlists up-to-date and chasing Sales team members for updates and results. Since you’re an awesome human being who likes working with a variety of different people, you will also work with Account Managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies as well as keep up with new product sales launches, making sure the Sales team is up to date.
You’re a supernova of energy and passion. You have enthusiasm for music and enjoy collaboration with like-minded and self-motivated people. People enjoy working with you because you bring fresh ideas to the table and always have a proactive solution to any challenge.
