Music Producer

London
Our London office is looking for a Music Producer. A mix whisperer, master of mastering, and a composed composer with an excellent understanding of all-things advertising and sonic branding. Ready to make the world sound better with us? Then don’t wait any longer.
Job Description
Our London team is on the lookout for a Music Producer. In your role, you’ll be responsible for running music and sound productions from play to pause. Whether it’s producing sonic branding, advertising campaigns, broadcast branding packages or musical activations, you’re the one equalising, compressing and saturating client ideas into reality.
As a part of our Production department, you’re reporting to the Music Production Director. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, either receiving briefs or designing the briefs yourself. You’ll source the right talent (composers, sound designers, musicians and vocalists), build and manage a local ensemble of music professionals, and brief them to produce original music and sound design.
You have past experience in advertising/film production and/or in the music industry. You get a buzz off the industry and are keen to attend Massive events and other industry-related events and get-togethers.
You’re a supernova of energy and passion. You have heaps of enthusiasm and a blast doing all-things music with like-minded and self-motivated people. They enjoy working with you because you bring the colourful reverb (without delay) to the room and always have a proactive solution to any challenge.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in bespoke music production for advertising or branding, or equivalent industry experience in a music production or project management role, or in film production related to music and sound
- A whizz at navigating and working within a DAW (preferably Logic and/or Ableton)
- Music production and video editing skills? That’s your daily bread
- Proven ability to maintain and fine (not auto)tune client relationships
- You’re a dab hand at translating creative ideas into musical terms
- You eat, breathe and sleep* music (*hopefully not while working)
Employment
Full time. What do you get in return on top of our financial package? Inspiration, knowledge, and career development. You’ll also be working with an international bunch of remarkable musically-infused individuals.
