Marketing Coordinator

Women in music studio

New York

Hello, North America! We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support both our Marketing and Sales teams in a wide range of creative and project management tasks. You’re team-oriented, a master multitasker and you always go the extra mile. Want to join the band?

Job Description

Our North America office is on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support both our Marketing and Sales teams with creative and project management tasks. In this role, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that projects are executed and delivered on time.

You plan, monitor and regularly report on status and lead the successful delivery of projects.

Your role would include but not be limited to defining resource requirements and managing availability and allocation, preparing and scheduling detailed project plans including key project milestones and workstreams, and managing delivery according to plan. Supporting the execution of the yearly marketing plan is also part of your tasks.

A taste of what you could potentially coordinate? Marketing collateral, event activations, content creation, speaking opportunities and more. You could also get involved in organising CMO meetings, brainstorming sessions and internal projects.

You supervise traffic management for MassiveMusic North America, ensuring teams are aware of upcoming launch dates while working behind the scenes with briefing forms to gather as much information as possible around the project. This can include accompanying mediakits and audiovisual assets for press, website and social media.

Precision, creativity and maintenance are your middle names: you keep everything up-to-date including but not limited to our internal servers, spreadsheets, case films, image bank, presentations and sales materials. You don’t mind a little administration – in fact, you like to keep everything as organized as possible. Taking notes, updating target sheets and pulling reports? All listed among your superpowers.

You’re a supernova of energy, passion and enthusiasm for music and life in general. You are famous for saying “I got that” multiple times a week. Oh and you are also fun to have around.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
  • You have a good track record and proven working experience in a marketing coordination and/or project management role, dealing with different stakeholders/projects at the same time
  • Workflows, timelines and reports are your forte
  • Keynote, Photoshop and spreadsheets don’t scare you
  • You have a team-oriented approach and know how to properly communicate with others
  • You can handle multiple projects at the same time with your eyes closed
  • You’re organized and structured with high attention to detail and solid time management skills
  • You possess the ability to solve problems and make decisions on your own
  • Experience with Trello, Notion, Asana or other project management tools? We like you already
  • Experience with CMS/CRMs, Hubspot and Mailchimp? You might be the one we’re looking for
  • You are social and helpful not only to your colleagues but to everyone who comes our way
  • You challenge yourself and the team to set the bar a little higher each time
  • You like to be present at our Massive events and other industry related events & get-togethers
  • Naturally, you have music running through your veins

Full time. What do you get in return? On top of our financial package, you get inspiration, knowledge, career development and an international bunch of remarkable musically infused individuals to work with.
