Account Manager

London
Our London office is looking for a strategic, proactive Account Manager to join the band. Sound like you?
Job Description
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day handling of multiple projects within your client portfolio. With both local and global brands included, your portfolio is as diverse as our Massivians’ Spotify playlists. Throughout the week, you work side-by-side with senior team members to identify workstreams, manage workloads and ensure benchmarks are hit across all departments. Communicating with cross-functional teams and client partners to manage projects is something you enjoy doing, and when it comes to new business opportunities? You’ve already spotted them before we could ask.
Your ultimate mission is to help brands use music and sound more strategically, efficiently and creatively – from music management and activations to sonic branding. Together with a cross-functional team of creative strategists and producers, you proactively inspire our clients and build strong relationships, helping us to become a valued full service music partner in their roster of agencies.
People enjoy working with you because you bring smart thinking to the table and aren’t afraid to challenge others if you disagree or believe that that call should have been an email. If the work isn’t of the highest quality, you won’t let it leave the building. You have enthusiasm for music and enjoy collaboration with like-minded and self-motivated people. You bring fresh ideas to the table and always have a proactive solution to any challenge – no matter how sonically complicated.
Skills & Requirements
- You know how to lead project teams from initial brief through final implementation, combining both strategic as well as creative processes
- MassiveMusicMeetings are no issue for you – you can lead and/or support during client meetings and internal meetings, such as status updates or project kickoffs, and give relevant contributions
- You’re as smooth as butter when it comes to building trust and (maintaining) relationships with clients
- You can prepare and update project briefs, timelines, status reports, presentation decks, and other supporting materials
- You identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services across the clients you manage
- You are social and helpful not only to your colleagues but to everyone who comes our way
- You eat, breathe and sleep* music (*hopefully not while working)
Employment
Full time. What do you get in return on top of our financial package? Inspiration, knowledge and career development. You’ll also be working with an international bunch of remarkable musically-infused individuals.
