Job Description

Our London office is on the lookout for an Account Director to join our forces within the Music & Brands department. Here you will help drive and expand our active international roster of brands, ensuring that clients achieve their objectives by using music and sound more strategically, creatively and effectively – from music management, research and testing, activations and campaign music, through to sonic branding and wider music strategy. Your immediate team in London is headed up by the Client Director who will work with you to allocate a fitting portfolio of international clients to take over and manage as client lead. Across each account, you will have a crew of remarkable Account Managers, Creative Strategists and Music Producers working with you to deliver projects under your guidance.

You also strengthen the broader business growth ambition with initiatives such as pitching alongside the business development team, or unlocking new opportunities through your extensive network. When it comes to relationships, you maintain and strengthen them thanks to your calming presence and confidence.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have proven and extensive experience in a senior brand/account management role 
  • You have a full understanding of advertising, marketing and brand strategy
  • Brand analysis, strategy process, brand development and growth rock your boat
  • Have you worked on both creative agency and client side? Oef, we’re hyperventilating
  • You confidently lead teams and guide workflows to consistently deliver success and growth
  • You have the proven ability to develop and maintain senior-level client relationships
  • You proactively identify where opportunities lie and increase revenue on an ongoing basis 
  • You embrace the responsibility of nurturing every account, track of work and team member
  • You’re a – excusez le cliché – team player with an inherent entrepreneurial spirit
  • Naturally, you have music running through your veins
